Mt Maroon

Enjoy the freedom and solitude of World Heritage-listed Mt Barney National Park, and take advantage of our experience and local knowledge.

Although not as big as Mt Barney, climbing Mt Maroon at 965 meters is a challenge in itself, following ridge lines and steep rocky gullys. Our guides will lead you to the top of one of the Scenic Rims most picturesque mountains, Mt Maroon.

In spring the summit provides spectacular wildflower displays.
