"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team, but in particular Innes for the awesome navigation course I attended on the weekend. I learned so much and Innes' passion and excitement for the mountains is just infectious. I can't wait to practice and hone my skills. Innes however may have to answer to my husband for my blossoming map addiction. Thanks again, I'll be back for sure!"

"I attended the navigation workshop at Mt Barney Lodge during July. It offered fantastic value for money with attentive and constructive instruction from Innes. Yes, the concepts and equipment were a little challenging in the first instance for the navigation neophyte, however the ability to apply my new knowledge on a couple of subsequent (guided) walks was so helpful.
The MBL facilities were, as always, clean and tidy, and the team's assistance was super friendly and helpful. In fact I left with a sense of having been extended the hospitality of a family! On a freezy cold night in the middle of winter, the camp grounds were fully booked and the atmosphere very jovial.
I would recommend that future participants take an extra day following the workshop and put their new found skills to immediate use with a self-guided walk.
To Innes, Tracey, Nea, nav. classmate Hamish, and the rest of the MBL team....thanks again."
