Spiced grain-free Crackers

Not only are these crackers gluten free, they are delicious as well!


1 cup almonds

¼ cup pepitas

¼ cup sunflower seeds

½ tablespoon salt

½ teaspoon garlic granules

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon chilli flakes (optional)

½ teaspoon turmeric powder

½ teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon chia seeds

50mls water

1 tablespoon olive oil



Make a chia gel by mixing the water, olive oil and chia seeds. Set aside.

Add everything except chia gel mix to A food processor. Mix until well blended. 

Add chia gel, mix until a dough is formed. scrape down the bowl as required and repeat until the desired consistency is reached.

Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper to about 2mm thick and cut into desired shape. 

Sprinkle with extra seasoning if desired.

Bake 180 degrees Celsius for 10 – 13 minutes until golden brown.

We enjoyed these with our favorite dip!
